TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT - HOW CAN I VISIT?Please sign up for our newsletter on our homepage for updates about future Museum of Ice Cream locations. Please note that there are no tickets available at the door and purchases on third party sites are not allowed. IDs will be checked to match tickets to ensure that tickets are not sold on third party websites.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY TIMED TICKET?You must arrive within the first 20 minutes of the half hour slot you purchased (eg. arrive before 3:50 p.m. for a 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. Ticket). Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your timeslot your ticket is no longer valid.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET OVER?
Tickets are nontransferable. One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?
Maxiumum tickets purchased varies by location
San Francisco: Each purchaser is allowed up to 6 tickets at a time
Miami: Each purchaser is allowed up to 10 tickets at time
DO I GET ICE CREAM WITH MY TICKET?
Yes! Multiple delicious treats are included with admission.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Tickets are mobile only. You must present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID. If you selected Will Call, one ID must match to the purchaser or to a single registered name. Name changes are never allowed on tickets and any claim from ticket resellers is false. Groups must enter MOIC together.
DO YOU REFUND TICKETS OR CHANGE TICKET TIMES?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot transfer tickets for any reason as we only a limited amount of people in during each time slot. No exceptions can be made.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE NAMES OF MY GUESTS?
Only one attendee's name (including yours!) needs to match the ticket.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
Tickets are not available at the door; all tickets must be purchased online prior to arrival.
WILL I HAVE ENOUGH TIME WITH FINAL NIGHT TIME SLOT?
Yes! The museum will be open past 10 p.m. but please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time as entry doors will close without exception.
IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR LOCATION?
Street parking and public lots are available for MOIC guests on 34th street at Collins Avenue – East Side (Public City Lot/Pay stations with meters), and 35th at Collins Avenue – East Side (Public City Lot/Pay stations with meters). Valet Parking at the Faena Forum building is located on Collins avenue and 33rd street - West Side. Faena valet cost is $25 for MOIC guests but is not operated by MOIC.
Public Transportation and ride share is highly encouraged. Powell Street Bart station is within 2 blocks. Street parking is available. The following lots are suggested for based soley on proximity: Ellis-O'Farrell Garage, 123 O'Farrell St, San Francisco, CA 94102
