Is this an official museum?

A museum, in our opinion, celebrates creativity, passion, innovators and innovations, and we created Museum of Ice Cream in this spirit. While we are neither a non-profit nor an official museum, we are built upon the foundation of sharing and celebrating imagination.

Is the sprinkle pool real? Is it clean?

Yes! Museum of Ice Cream designed close to one hundred million sprinkles out of antimicrobial biodegradable material to build the iconic sprinkle pool. We clean them frequently in our very own antibacterial sprinkle shower. They are not real edible sprinkles, though, and cannot be eaten.

Guests are free to swim in the sprinkle pool at their leisure.

What kinds of age restrictions or entry requirements are there for Museum of Ice Cream?

Museum of Ice Cream offers an inclusive experience for all guests, regardless of age. However, please ensure to check the Museum of Ice Cream website for availability, as some time slots may be reserved for special events. Children ages two and under are free! Students may be eligible for a student discount, please reach out to us for more details. To guarantee the safety and comfort of our younger guests, it’s mandatory that those under 13 are joined by an adult or legal guardian throughout their visit to any Museum of Ice Cream location.

When do I need to arrive?

Please arrive on time. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. We provide a 10-minute grace period after your 30-minute reservation window; your reservation may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before you arrive but cannot be rescheduled on the day of or after as we have a set capacity, and if your spot goes unused, we are unable to refill a ticket.

You don’t get a refund for not showing up to a concert or sporting game!

Our mission is meant to ensure peace, love, sprinkles & safety! If you miss your time slot on that date, we have the right to deny your entry, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you accept cash?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. In NYC, we accept cash upon request.

How long does it take to visit Museum of Ice Cream?

Museum of Ice Cream ticketed experience is designed to take around an hour to an hour and a half. After your ticketed experience, feel free to relax at our cafe.

Will I have enough time with the final time slot?

Yes! Museum of Ice Cream closes its doors once the last guest finishes touring, given that you arrive at your scheduled time slot.

Do you offer coat check?

Coat check is closed. All garments, backpacks, briefcases, and bags must remain on your person and cannot be left unattended. Umbrellas must be contained within an admissibly-sized bag. Luggage, sealed boxes, garment bags, bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, plants, flowers, food, and musical instruments may not be brought into the museum.

Are there vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and kosher options?

We have vegan treats for our guests! We cannot wait for you to visit Museum of Ice Cream and experience the art, installations and now vegan and dairy-free treats. Please note that most treats are not certified gluten-free or Kosher at this time! If nuts are served, they will be labeled, but please note products may contain traces of nuts and we cannot guarantee preparation in a nut-free environment.

What if I lose something?

Museum of Ice Cream is an interactive experience, so please hold onto your belongings as we’re not responsible for any lost items. While we cannot guarantee that lost items will be found immediately, we do have a Lost & Found that works hard to locate missing things.

Are tickets transferable between guests?

One photo ID must be shown for entry. As long as one guest in the party matches one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID, the rest of the party’s guests are flexible.

What measures does your museum take to ensure good indoor air quality?

We prioritize the health and safety of our guests and team members.
Our museum is equipped with an advanced, robust, multi-filter HVAC system that ensures clean, purified air circulates throughout all floors of our experience. We also have fans running around the clock to ensure optimal filtration.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Tickets are nonrefundable unless the MOIC Ticket Insurance packages are purchased with your tickets. You may also use our self-reschedule tool to exchange times by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Or, you can contact [email protected] for assistance.

Are tickets transferable between guests?

Photo ID must be shown for entry and must match the name that is written on the ticket. Note that groups must enter together.

If anyone in your group is unable to make it and you would like to transfer it to another guest, we will be happy to accommodate. Be sure to let our friendly guides know at the door.

Do I get ice cream with my ticket?

Yes! Multiple delicious treats are included with your reservation.

Do I need a ticket for my child aged 2 and below?

Kids aged 2 and below do not need a ticket to enter our museum.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! Tickets can be presented via your mobile device. You must present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID.

Are tickets available at the door?

Unfortunately, tickets are not available at the door, but you can reserve your tickets online via the link here ahead of time because tickets may be sold at any moment!

Can everyone ride the slide?

Guests must be 3 years or older and 44 inches or taller to ride the slide. Children must be able to ride the slide alone. We are not able to accommodate in-lap riders.

There is an elevator directly adjacent to the slide where they can ride down to the Melted Cave, where the slide finishes.

Yes! There is free parking throughout The Domain. We recommend the PINK garage located just 100 yards from our courtyard nearby on Century Oaks Terrace and Agave Ln. We even worked with our friends at The Domain from Simon Properties to provide 50% off ($4) valet with your proof of Museum of Ice Cream ticket.

Valet is located in between our building and True Food Kitchen on the MOPAC side and operates Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There is also additional free parking on this side of our building. In order to make your time slot, we recommend arriving early to secure parking.

There are an extremely limited number of car lots next to our Alfresco Bar & Cafe. However, there are plenty of parking spots nearby within Dempsey! Kindly refrain from parking on our neighbours’ premises as they are reserved for their own patrons.

If you are arriving by public transport from the city, the nearest bus stop would be CSC Dempsey Clubhouse with the following bus services: 7, 75, 77, 105, 106, 123, 174, followed by a scenic 10 min walk. If you are arriving by taxi or private hire service, there is a dedicated drop-off area for you to disembark.

What should I bring?

Bring your tickets (which will be sent to your email in a PDF file) and an appetite for fun and sweet treats! It can get chilly in the museum, so you can consider bringing a jacket.

How long is the Museum of Ice Cream experience?

Museum of Ice Cream’s ticketed experience is designed to take around approximately 60 to 90 minutes. After your ticketed experience, feel free to wind down at our Dessert Bar!

Are strollers allowed inside?

Strollers are allowed within the experience. However, we are not able to provide storage for the strollers.

Are there vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and kosher options?

Each treat station has a vegan alternative for our dairy-free scoops! Our treats are currently not Halal-certified at this time, however our ice cream does not contain pork products or derivatives and alcohol. Treats that contain nuts will be duly labelled, but please note that other products may contain traces of nuts and we cannot guarantee preparation in a nut-free environment. We will continue to improve our offerings as we find new ways to be inclusive for all ice cream fans.

Is there a minimum age for children to enter on their own?

Children aged under 12 visiting the museum have to be supervised by an adult.

What should I wear to the museum?

Dress comfortably! The museum is fully equipped with air conditioners with an open and naturally ventilated alfresco cafe and bar.

Tip: Wear pink or light coloured clothes that will complement the pink exhibits and installations!

What is the difference between the Premium Ticket and the General Admission Ticket?

The Premium ticket entitles you to an additional exclusive ice cream flavour at each of our 5 treat stations during your experience, as well as a complimentary beverage at Scream’s Diner.

What is the price difference between the Premium Ticket and the General Admission Ticket?

Premium Tickets cost $10 more than the General Admission ticket.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Tickets are nonrefundable, unless you have purchased the MOIC Ticket Insurance add-on for your order. To activate any purchased ticket insurance for a refund, please contact us here.

Are tickets transferable between guests?

If anyone in your group is unable to visit and you would like to transfer the ticket to another guest, we are happy to accommodate. Pleaser be sure to let our friendly guides at the door know.

Do I get ice cream with my ticket?

Yes!  Throughout the experience you’ll be enjoying desserts from 5 treat stations, with different types of ice cream and flavours. The treats are unlimited and come in manageable portions, so it’s entirely up to you how much you want to eat. We recommend coming hungry!

Are tickets available at the door?

All visitors must book their tickets online prior to arrival. While you’re welcome to try booking through our website upon arrival, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for sale at your desired entry time.

Is Museum of Ice Cream wheelchair accessible?

Is there parking?

I don’t speak English very well, are translations available?

Yes! In our various experience spaces and ice cream stations, you can look out for a QR code that will bring you to translations for both our experience and ice cream information. Our current system supports 9 languages, and we’re working on bringing you more!

Can I leave my baggage or pram with the staff for storage?

Unfortunately, we do not have a storage area for baggage or strollers – we don’t encourage bringing large belongings to the experience, however many of our experience rooms have areas in which you can leave your belongings when playing.

What if I’m late?

We strongly encourage all ticket-holders to arrive within half an hour of their time slot as it enables us to manage traffic in the museum for the best experience possible. If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, the latest discretionary admission is 1 hour before our closing time, however we strongly encourage you to arrive at the time slot that you have purchased tickets for. If you happen to arrive later than 5pm on Monday and Wednesdays or 8pm from Thursdays – Sundays, please reschedule your tickets as we will be unable to facilitate your entry.

Safety Measures

We are cashless! We do, however, accept Apple, Google and Samsung Pay in addition to credit and debit cards!

How long is the Museum of Ice Cream experience?

Museum of Ice Cream ticketed experience is designed to take around an hour to an hour and a half.

Are strollers allowed inside?

Yes! We allow strollers inside the experience.

Do I have sufficient time if I choose the final time slot?

Yes! Museum of Ice Cream only closes its doors after the last guest finishes touring, given that you arrive at your scheduled time slot.

Do you offer coat check?

Yes! We offer coat check starting November 1st until March 1st.

Are there vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and kosher options?

We have vegan treats for our guests! We cannot wait for you to visit Museum of Ice Cream and experience the art, installations and now vegan and dairy-free treats. Please note that most treats are not certified gluten-free or Kosher at this time! If nuts are served, they will be labeled, but please note products may contain traces of nuts and we cannot guarantee preparation in a nut-free environment.

What kinds of age restrictions or entry requirements are there for Museum of Ice Cream?

Museum of Ice Cream offers an inclusive experience for all guests, regardless of age. However, please ensure to check the Museum of Ice Cream website for availability, as some time slots may be reserved for special events. Children ages two and under are free! Students may be eligible for a student discount, please reach out to us for more details. To guarantee the safety and comfort of our younger guests, it’s mandatory that those under 13 are joined by an adult or legal guardian throughout their visit to any Museum of Ice Cream location.

What if I lose something?

Museum of Ice Cream is an interactive experience, so please hold onto your belongings as we’re not responsible for any lost items. While we cannot guarantee that lost items will be found immediately, we do have a Lost & Found that works hard to locate missing things.

What measures does your museum take to ensure good indoor air quality?

We prioritize the health and safety of our guests and team members.
Our museum is equipped with an advanced, robust, multi-filter HVAC system that ensures clean, purified air circulates throughout all floors of our experience. We also have fans running around the clock to ensure optimal filtration.

Where do I get tickets?

Here, on our ticket site! Purchases are made by date and time slot.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Tickets are nonrefundable unless the MOIC Ticket Insurance packages are purchased with your tickets. You may also use our self-reschedule tool to exchange times by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Or, you can contact [email protected] for assistance.

Are tickets transferable between guests?

Photo ID must be shown for entry and must match the name that is written on the ticket. Note that groups must enter together.

If anyone in your group is unable to make it and you would like to transfer it to another guest, we will be happy to accommodate. Be sure to let our friendly guides know at the door.

Do I get ice cream with my ticket?

Yes! Multiple delicious treats are included with your reservation.

Do I need a ticket for my child aged 2 and below?

Kids aged 2 and below do not need a ticket to enter our museum.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! Tickets can be presented via your mobile device. You must present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID.

Are tickets available at the door?

Unfortunately, tickets are not available at the door, but you can reserve your tickets online via the link here ahead of time because tickets may be sold at any moment!

What if I’m late?

Please arrive on time. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. We provide a 10-minute grace period after your 30-minute reservation window; your reservation may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before you arrive but cannot be rescheduled on the day of or after as we have a set capacity, and if your spot goes unused, we are unable to refill a ticket.

You don’t get a refund for not showing up to a concert or sporting game!

Our mission is meant to ensure peace, love, sprinkles & safety! If you miss your time slot on that date, we have the right to deny your entry, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

You can reschedule your ticket directly through Peek should you be interested.

Is photography allowed?

Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment (i.e. tripods, lights, etc.) or any bulky equipment that may impede movement flow of the experience is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Museum of Ice Cream representative. What is your return policy for Museum of Ice Cream’s retail shop?

We accept returns or exchanges of any unused or defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must have proof of purchase. Products must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Masks and facial coverings

We encourage all guests to keep masks on in the space if they are unvaccinated. Museum of Ice Cream will continue to maintain distancing and cleanliness standards and will be providing masks and sanitizer upon request.
