Is there an age limit or specific entry requirements for Museum of Ice Cream?
Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive experience for all ages! Children 2 and under enter for free, and we offer a student discount. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian to ensure everyone has a fantastic time!
How early should I arrive before my scheduled time?
Please arrive 5 minutes early or on time with your entire group for your Museum of Ice Cream visit! Tickets are valid only for the purchased date and time, with a 10-minute grace period after your reservation window. To ensure peace, love, sprinkles and safety, if you miss your time slot, we may deny entry without a refund.
Can I pay with cash at the Museum of Ice Cream?

Museum of Ice Cream ensures clean air inside of the experience through a couple of different steps. We have an advanced, multi-filter HVAC system that ensures clean, purified air is being circulated throughout the entire experience. We also have fans running around the clock for optimal filtration.

Yes, strollers are allowed inside Museum of Ice Cream – New York. However, we do not have stroller parking, so any stroller brought in must be taken through the experience.

At Museum of Ice Cream, kids ages 2 years or younger do not need a ticket to enter.
Do you need to print your Museum of Ice Cream ticket?
You do not need a physical ticket to enter Museum of Ice Cream. All we need from you to enter is your ticket confirmation email with the QR code and a valid ID.
Do I need a ticket to visit Museum of Ice cream?
Yes, all who visit Museum of Ice Cream – New York will need to buy a ticket for them and their group to enter.
What is the difference between the Premium Ticket and the General Admission Ticket?
Both the General Admission Ticket and the VIP Ticket give you access to the entire experience with unlimited ice cream. The difference between the two is the VIP ticket also allows for anytime entry, ticket insurance, a complimentary drink and 10% off of items in our Scoop Shop.
Does the time on my ticket mean I’ll enter at that time?
There’s a 30-minute window to entry for all timed tickets. For instance, if you purchase a ticket for 1:00pm, you could enter any time between 1:00pm and 1:30pm.

If you know you are going to be late, please reach out to us here. While we encourage everyone other than be on time, we provide a 10 minute grace period for your reservation. If you need to reschedule, you can do so at least 24 hours before you arrive. Please note that you cannot reschedule the day of or the day after your reservation. If you miss your time slot or are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to deny your entry, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I take photos while in Museum of Ice Cream – NYC?
Yes, you can take photos while in Museum of Ice Cream – New York. While photography is allowed, we are all about human connection. We strongly encourage you to put your phone away and connect with the loved ones who are with you. For commercial or product shoots, press interviews, media shoots and anything that needs professional video equipment, you will need approval in advance and accompaniment from an MOIC representative for your production. Is the slide in Museum of Ice Cream accessible for everyone?
Yes! Everyone can go down the slide, but there are some rules for those who do. Guests must be 3 years or older and 44 inches or taller to ride the slide. Children must be able to ride the slide alone. We are not able to accommodate in-lap riders.
Don’t want to go down the slide? We have an elevator adjacent to the slide that takes you to the melting cave.
What is your return policy on items bought at Museum of Ice Cream?
Museum of Ice Cream accepts exchanges, with proof of purchase, of any unused or defective items within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The only items not accepted for return are items that were on sale when you bought them.
