Both the General Admission Ticket and the VIP Ticket give you access to the entire experience with unlimited ice cream. The difference between the two is the VIP ticket also allows for anytime entry, ticket insurance, a complimentary drink and 10% off of items in our Scoop Shop. We also offer Flex GA tickets that allow a 90 mins entry window instead of 30 mins for a small additional cost.

Children must be able to ride the slide alone. We are not able to accommodate in-lap riders. Don’t want to go down the slide? We have an elevator adjacent to the slide that takes you to the melting cave.

Museum of Ice Cream accepts exchanges, with proof of purchase, of any unused or defective items within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
