By participating in Gift the Magic (the “Promotion”), you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Museum of Ice Cream (the ”Promoter”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters in relation to this Promotion is final and binding. 

The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms & Conditions will be published on this page.
 

The Promoter is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place or if the complement gift cannot be given due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).
 

The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind which prevents the customer from participating in the Promotion.
 

The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion without any liability if any fraud, virus or other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or proper use of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.  

• Museum of Ice Cream may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKET QUALIFICATION

All orders placed on www.museumoficecream.com or associated Museum of Ice Cream ticketing sites to visit any Museum of Ice Cream location between 12:00 am (EST), November 17, 2023 and 11:59 pm (EST) January 15, 2024 shall receive one (1) complimentary ticket per transaction to Museum of Ice Cream, to be redeemable at a future time. Visits outside the time frame do not qualify for a complimentary ticket.

The order must include at least one (1) ticket to any Museum of Ice Cream location to be considered a qualifying order. There is no minimum order value to qualify for the complimentary ticket.

The complimentary ticket is subject to availability and while supplies last. There are no cash alternatives.

The complimentary ticket will be in the form of a physical ticket given to you when you check-in for your Pinkmas visit to Museum of Ice Cream.  There shall be one (1) complimentary ticket per order, regardless of the number of tickets purchased in the order.

In the event of a refund being issued, the complimentary ticket may still be redeemed for a future visit. 

In the event of loss of the complimentary ticket, replacements will not be provided.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKET REDEMPTION

United States Museum of Ice Cream – Austin, Chicago, New York City 

Each physical ticket permits one (1) person to request one (1) complimentary general admission ticket to visit any of our US Museum of Ice Cream locations between January 18, 2024 – February 29, 2024.  

The complimentary ticket has a non-redeemable cash value between $25 – $34 USD. 

The complimentary ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and can only be used once.

The complimentary ticket has a non-redeemable cash value between SGD 40 – SGD46. 

The complimentary ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and can only be used once.
